Now, if you still facing the issues the only solution you need to do now is to find the housing of your SIM CARD and input wrong password from the PIN LOCKED until it asks you to input PUK CODE then that's the time you are going to input the PUK code from your SIM CARD housing that you can see at the back of it, scratch the silver color like the image indicated above.

If you successfully inputted the PUK code then that's the time you need to add new pin code and better use 1234 and disable the PIN code on your SIM Settings.
