According to the Department of National Defends (DND) Chief Legal Counsel that Amnesty Applciations of Senator Antonio 'Sony' Trillanes Finds Nowhere, this is relay to the Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 148 on Friday, October 05 of 2018.
Magdalo Partylist Representative and Senator Antonio ‘Sonny’ Trillanes’ Amnesty Applications are NOWHERE to be found. This, according to the Department of National Defense (DND) Chief Legal Counsel which told Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 148 on Friday, October 05, 2018.
“There are no records or any documents pertaining to proceedings, deliberations, minutes in the amnesty application pursuant to Proclamation No. 75.” DND Chief Legal Adviser Atty. Norman Daanoy said.

Daanoy however, insisted that he has looked into the copy of the minutes of the deliberations regarding the amnesty applications down from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Personnel, to the Undersecretary of Defense Policy, and the Secretary of National Defense, to no avail.
Robles cited Daanoy’s “less than exhaustive” resourcefulness in his retrieval, provoking the latter to reply, saying, “I limited only my search and inquiry in the Department of National Defense proper.” He said.
Trillanes’ Attorney also claimed that Daanoy disregarded the minutes of the meeting from the “secretariat established for amnesty applications related to the Oakwood Mutiny, the Marines Stand-off and the Manila Peninsula siege.”
The Senator’s supposed unaccounted application form prompted President Rodrigo Duterte to VOID Trillanes’ amnesty through Proclamation No. 572, saying that he (Trillanes) never admitted his guilt to the mutinies he was involved.

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presumption was rooted from the certification of former Department of National Defends (DND) Chief Legal Counsel ad hoc panel Head of Secretariat Lieutenant Colonel Thea Andrade, assigned to assess about the application of Amnesty, includes the missing amnesty documents of Mr. Trillanes.
Former Mutineer and now Senator Trillanes granted amnesty pursuant no Proclamation No. 75 by former President Noynoy Aquino in 2011 despite direct involvement on FAILED attempts to topple the Arroyo administration.
