How PayMaya Works?
Well PayMaya is easy to used you only need to have your on SIM, and download the PayMaya Apps from Google Play Store or in iOS Store, now once you have installed the PayMaya apps, all you need to do is to registered your SIM card and then filled up all the necessary information ask by the apps, and you are good to go, you can now see your virtual VISA Card with a card number and other important data.
NOTE: Remember that to avoid any hacking activity, do not share your virtual card number details or send screenshot, and also do not access your PayMaya account in a public WIFI connection.
Can I withdraw Funds Using PayMaya in ATM?
Yes, you can withdraw funds from any ATM machine, as long as you upgrade your account, and then once you have upgraded your PayMaya account you can now used the full feature of PayMaya.

Yes, you can still used paymaya without upgrading your account but its limited as listed below;

How Can I Withdraw Money Using PayMaya?
As we mention earlier that you need to upgrade your paymaya account, simply click the button on the PayMaya App and follow instructions provided, there are two (2) option on how to upgrade your PayMaya Card.
How do I upgrade my PayMaya account?
OPTION 1
Step 1. Open the PayMaya app
For iOS: Tap “More”, then tap “Upgrade for FREE”
For Android: Open the drawer, then tap “Upgrade for FREE”
Step 2. Fill up the upgrade application form, take a photo of a valid ID, and click “Submit”. (See the complete list of valid IDs provided below)
Step 3: Wait for your validation code via SMS. Using this code as reference, chat with us via Facebook to schedule your video call with one of our officers.
OPTION 2
Select Bayad Center branches nationwide
Download this form, print, fill out and indicate the upgrade validation code received via SMS. Present the accomplished form and a valid ID at the Bayad Center counter and that’s it! Click here for a list of branches that process PayMaya upgrades. For inquiries, please call (63 2) 2263000.
Smart Pinoy Center, HK – For customers upgrading in Hong Kong, you can visit the Smart Pinoy Center at Shop 109, World Wide House Plaza, 20 Des Voeux Road, Central HK.
A few important reminders
For minors (below 18 years old), have your parent / guardian sign this consent form and provide a copy of their valid ID when completing the upgrade application.
For your security and protection, PayMaya complies with the face-to-face validation required by the BSP before you can send and withdraw money.
